Structural Audit / Assessment Stage:
- Visual Inspection of internal, external and common areas of the building.
- Identifying deterioration if any.

- Compiling all findings / observations into a survey report and submitting it to the society.
- Preparing estimated cost for necessary repairs.
Tendering Stage:
- Preparing Tender document, with detailed technical specifications, terms / conditions & every statutory norm to be implemented during repairs.
- Invite tenders on behalf of the society / client as per the society/client suggested process.
- Scrutinizing tenders & preparing comparative statement of all bidders.

Execution Stage:

- Joint meeting to review the progress.

Post Execution Stage:
- Obtaining Performance Guarantee for the executed job from the contractor.
- Follow- ups with Clients & Contractor during Defect Liability Period (in case of any rectification work.)
